Melanie and Nick tied the knot in an old church overlooking the beautiful Tamar Valley in Cornwall, UK. With views over the rolling hills, the centuries old via duct and the cute little village of Calstock provided more than enough beauty for this perfect day.
The old church was decorated with a gorgeous aisle garland of local greenery opening up to candles, which were made by all the ladies on the hen weekend. There they were married in front of that amazing window, making the most of those breath taking views.
They then sat down to a relaxed dinner amongst friends and family on large banquet tables, with greenery runners, table numbers named from her late nan’s Favourite flowers and the candles, reused to create gorgeous lighting throughout the hall.
The wedding was a simple, yet beautiful day, which was styled in greenery, local market flowers and bouquets crafted by the brides loco parentis. The invitations were a reflection of this with a simple greenery border and relaxed handwritten type. Simple, English and undeniably gorgeous!
