Bohemian country wedding - iampoppy Designs

Isn’t it amazing how the Australian countryside adds its own kind of something special to a wedding? This beautiful bohemian country wedding inspired shoot didn’t need much after the setting of Mt Alford Horse Breeding Farm offered up windmills and horses. We had beautiful florals which played with texture and colour to add to the relaxed feel. The field ceremony and reception was styled in neutral tones with copper touches, complete with a lounge-worthy table fit for a feast. A bare tipi style ceremony arbor and lazy hammock among the trees really added to the bohemian style of the day, and was complimented perfectly with the wedding cake and colourful hand painted stationery. Sticking to a palate of rustic greens, marigold with a hint of bright red was a really different and striking effect which set this shoot out from the rest.

Our real-life couple Karen and Uwe were dressed in perfect boho style with Karen wearing a gorgeous off the shoulder gown and gorgeous pink, peach, and browns used in the hair and makeup. Uwe was dressed in dapper style with suspenders and a combination of charcoal and white attire.
