It all depends on what you need, how complex the design is and how much information you have ready. I usually allow 6-8 weeks for a design project. Websites are longer, and can take from 12-18 weeks.
You sure can!

Many of our branding and website bookings are paid for via instalments. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, this is to secure your place and also covers the initial design stages, with the remaining balance due at set milestones throughout your project.

Project fees under $200 are due in full. This is to secure your place and also covers the initial design stages. The remaining balance is due prior to any artwork being released.

Yep! we currently work with clients from all over the world, and even have a base in the UK, which we print and post from.
I definitely understand needing things at the last minute, however the branding process cannot be rushed. We structure in our clients to allow us ample time to create the best design for them. This doesn’t allow for any last minute designs sadly. We can however rush through any printing jobs if needed.
Yes. All design and website work will be sent a contract to sign, which basically protects everyone from anything that can go wrong. For any other work a contract is not normally required however, payment of your invoice is taken as acceptance of my Terms & Conditions.
Yes you will. This is all covered in the contract signed. We will transfer the full logo to you on final payment of your invoice. You are then able to use the logo as you want, you can even trademark it.

The initial concept ideas and mood boards are created so that we are both on the same page. In the likely chance that something is not working, we can always have a chat and move the design in the direction you preferred. If however, a new concept is needed, this will be charged at the full design rate.

Photoshop’s purpose is for photo editing, not logo design. As such, you won’t receive a .psd (photoshop) file of your logo however, you’ll be able to work with any of the logo files included within your logo pack in Photoshop.

Logo designs are usually created with Illustrator. Depending on the design, I may create watercolour images, or pen and ink sketches which i then import into illustrator/photoshop. I also use my Wacom tablet for freehand, digital drawing.
